A 30 something couple in Minneapolis Mn. Has opened a web site to take a poll to help them decide whether to abort their 17 week baby boy. It is complete with the baby's heart beat and ultrasound. According to their web site they are not sure they are ready to be parents. Interestingly this is her third pregnancy. The other two ended in a miscarriage. As of today the poll is 80.88% for Give Birth, and 19.12% to abort the baby. With a total of 99,716 votes. I think some one should set up a site to vote on and collect money to sterilize this couple. This is one of the saddest things I have ever read. I hope it is some sort of stunt and we have all been punked. This is not about changing your belief. Whether you are anti or pro .. you must admit this is heartless and attention grabbing.

Given that there are couples out there that have tried in vain to have children, or for some other reason simply cannot, this situation is way on the "deplorabele" side (imho).
The fact that the first two were miscarraiges makes me think there might be some problem there.
Those cannot be just dismissed...such events are quite devastating.
Sad to see people SO interlinked with the "entertainment" aspect to the Internet that no part of their lives is beyond reporach.
Some days it's like THE TRUMAN SHOW...or THE RUNNING MAN.
You can't make a spectacle (or game) out of life.
But that's just my 2 cents (adjusted for inflation).

I am burning up after reading this!Why don't they put him up for adoption and make some family happy as we were a couple yrs ago when a beautiful baby boy came into our family.After waiting 9 yrs daughter and hubby finally had their dream come true...He was worth the wait!
