I vote for a newly designed toilet that has no seat. Everyone would get their own personal seat every Christmas..... provided by the Guberment which would fold out to the appropriate size and shape. Barney Frank could be in charge of toilet seat distribution. They would of course be covered under the New Socialist Health Care Bill.
