Be Happy

Life is what you make of it, I think. If you want to be happy, you can be happy. It's a matter of want. I've know people who have terrible tragedies to cope with and yet keep a smile on their face. They are happy people and deserve their senior moments. Other people are old before their time and some people are rich and healthy and still not happy. With age comes a contentment, doesn't it, but it's not complacency, it is real contentment. The ability to be happy in one's own skin, even if it is getting a bit saggy. Have a great day today. Dance like a gazelle and sing like a lark and keep your smile going strong.

If there is one thing my folks taught me, that I managed to hang onto, it's that being happy is all about finding that level of CONTENTMENT...
Don't know a lot of people who are happy but NOT content, nor many who are content and not HAPPY.

Kinda like the hand that fits the glove there.
Can't believe you can have ONE...without the other.
And it doesn't often come to YOU.
YOU have to look for it, and it might wind up being in some of the last places you'd care TO look.
But after you find it, it's well worth the search.

Good post.

Have a great week.

Very good! I never thought the day would come that I could say I was content, but believe me I am. Its just a shame we have to wait so long to get this feeling.

Good article. Aperson needs to know the difference between needs and wants. You don't have to have wants to be happy. I mowed Sunday for the 3rd time and my neighbow mowed for the 7th time, imagine that.
