Stories

We tell ourselves stories. We weave together different plot lines, wondering if the out come of the story might be different had we done or said something other than what we did or said. All the while we know that the various alternative outcomes are just more stories meant to distract us from what actually is happening. And so we stop weaving our fiction and commence breathing and say hello to what really is.

Yeah, I sometimes do that...I call them "regrets" and "what if's".
Mine would make WAR & PEACE pale in size...lol.

But maybe I'll get it all right NEXT time.

Good food for thought.

Stay safe down there.
